Error on increasing geometry length porous media diluted species model

Hello,
I am solving a flow through porous media using the 'transport of diluted species'. My simulation works well for a small channel size. But when I increase the channel size to 5 times with all other parameters exactly same, I get the following error. Anys suggestions to resolve. I tried a finer mesh but its not working
The error is the next: Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol5/t1) Failed to find consistent initial values. Last time step is not converged.

Can you post your model? It is the easiest way to diagnose the issue. It could be related to multiple things.
