How to solve for the divergence of a flux

Hi,everyone! I did an electromigration simulation of the interconnect line in COMSOL, and I also solved the electromigration flux, how do I solve for the divergence of this flux? The formula for electromigration flux is J=N/kB/TeZjD*exp(-EA/kB/T) ,How to solve for div(J) ? Thank you for your help!
