Integration over a subdomain

I should calculate some integrals over certain parts of a domain, for which I solve Poisson's equation with Dirichlet b.c.
There are no problems with integration over hole domain and even a part of domain, but last integration has the following feature: if I include a geometry primitive (say, rectangular) to Geometry, the built mesh takes into account this primitive (see snapshot).

The question is that: how to integrate over arbitrary subdomain for a solution with the mesh built without tacking into account this subdomain?
