Solution Convergence Error, Phase Change in Rotating Mould using Moving Mesh

Hello,
I am facing problem in modeling a rotating mold filled with polymer powder that is being heated continuously. However my solution is not converging. The solver error is "LAST TIME STEP DID NOT CONVERGE".
Kindly help me figure out the error. I tried changing parameter values but to no avail.

Please help.
