Particle Bouncing Effect

Hi, we are simulating 2D and 3D model. The model consists of closed domain with 2 rollers moving towards each other (roller crusher machine), from the top wall we direct falling ore (stone particles) that are needed to be crushed. For this study we use The Particle Tracing Module.

The problem we struggle with is in results that we get we see a strong bouncing effect over moving rollers walls (which is not correct) rather than particles going between the rollers. Can somebody advice us how to correct this implementation of the particles at least in a 2D system?
