I just installed the Comsol 4.3 trial version on my mac (OSX) , but I am not able to run it. I don't have any application form file to run the software !
what could be the problem. any guidance appreciated!

could you please explain more detailed what you mean by "application form file"? If you have problems with the installation you may also want to check the knowledgebase:

Since 4.3a is out you should contact your local sales representative for a trial or visit one of the COMSOL workshops:
