physical properties equations or correlations of air and water

Hi,

Physical properties equations or correlations of air and water which is function of temperature. I am working to estimate the thermal behavior and performance of PV/T systems ( solar air or water collector) which use water and air as a working fluid or coolant.

My question is, does comsol take in account the effect of temperature change. In other words, if yes, how can I take or extract these bank of equations or correlations.
