This article discusses the RMN import of a brain geometry in COMSOL Multiphysics via an interpolating function. The physical property associated with the grayscale is the diffusivity tensor, assumed here to be isotropic but inhomogeneous. Applications to anti-tumor drug delivery and cancer growth processes are discussed.
