Mirror 2D postprocessing glitch

Hi there!

I have set up a conjugate heat transfer of free convection around electric components in 3D.
The model contains two symmetry planes to save computation time.
I uses a cut plane to get a 2D plot of temperature ("Surface") and velocity ("Arrow surface").
This works fine. If I want to make the plot more appealing by doing a Mirror 2D on the cut plane
data set, the temperature field is mirrored correctly, but the vector fiel of velocity is not.
The original and "mirrored" arrows end up to be parallel (v=v') to each other instead of being mirrored (v=-v').
(See attached picture).
Looks like mirroring vector quantities is not always done correctly.
Has anybody seen this as well?

Thanks,
Markus

Hi
is it possible for you to be more precise on the version and application modes/physics so that we could try to reproduce the effects, or add up a (simplified?) model

Good luck
